WordPress Management
If you have a WordPress website you probably know that nothing stands still. WordPress itself gets an update around every six weeks or so and many plugins have to make changes to accommodate this. Likewise, your theme or framework may also need updating. Some of these updates are essential security patches because unfortunately bad people are always looking for a way in to where they shouldn’t be.
If you haven’t got a staff member to reliably carry out this essential work or you haven’t got the time yourself, let us look after this dull but important task.
our Management Service plan covers essential routing maintenance plus an hour of time to use for any updates, edits or repairs etc. The unused time credits roll over to the next month.
Management Service plan:
Initial:
1. Install a ‘site down’ detector. we’ve had clients not know their website had been down for months…
2. Install Wordfence, the leading WordPress security suite
3. Assess which plugins can safely be set to auto update and which should be manually updated
4. Install and set up Google ‘Site kit’ analytics
Ongoing monthly:
1. Manually update the non auto plugins once they are past the 48 hour window
2. Update any plugins immediately if we get a warning from Wordfence
3. Access Google site Kit data and present it to you in a brief non technical report
Website content work monthly:
Carry out any of your requested content updates or edits to pages or posts. As a client you get a quick quote and turnaround.
All of this from just £60 per month
