'Page one Google' is a huge promise. We get emails on a daily basis - usually badly written - promising this desirable position. Some of these services can actually harm your business by not following Google guidelines and attracting Google penalties. You definitely don't want that.
'Page one Google' for what exactly? This is an interesting exercise where you have to second guess what your potential visitors are actually typing into Google. The page that then comes up is 'page one for that particular search'. Naturally there is a variety here and therefore different search terms will produce page two or page three on Google. Which search terms are important to you is a part of our consultation process. When you start to see what people can enter as a search you soon appreciate what a puzzle this is.

Google is ever changing and is now placing more ad's before and after the non paid for results (when there is more competition and they are paying for Adwords.) For some searches there are now four Ads and a map box before users see the 'organic' non ad results.
This affects your business in a unique way because every business has different competition. 'Page one Google' can certainly happen if you run an Adwords campaign and that's a decision to take on a case by case basis.
