What really works well here is the tie in with the leaflet campaigns and other marketing. Everyone should have a good idea of what they want from a website and in this case it was required to ‘make the phone ring’.

Customer feedback confirmed that after each leaflet campaign customers would look at the web address on the leaflet and then visit the website. The nice clean workshop, reception area and helpful map lead them into making that phone ring!

Obviously we can’t take credit for the all important ‘word of mouth’  but after that for most small business traders it’s a Google search or quick look at your website after seeing traditional marketing that influences whether you get the call or not.

A busy workshop and the need for an extra employee proves the websites’ worth in this case.
