We provide a number of levels of technical support for our websites covering back-ups and service levels. There is 24-hour email support included in the first year’s hosting (excludes £99 offer) and continuing if you stay hosted with us.
If you require more than back-up support or service restoration we can either quote individually or offer a premium support plan.
For projects/proposed projects we are always happy to provide quotes for funding applications or existing projects for technical support/purchasing/specifications. We are also open to exploring any partnership propositions for one-off or project work.
