Training

All of our website packages come with enough training to enable a non-technical person to update pages, create new pages and sections, and back up the entire website. They are also trained to observe web conventions such as file size, special characters, file types etc.

Our extended packages also offer training in up to the minute business add-ons, a lot of which are referred to as ‘cloud’ services. Like our website management training, there’s no hard stuff — in fact most of these services replace the hard stuff that no one liked! They have to perform too because there’s usually no contract; if you don’t like them you simply cancel.

Training is often held on your premises with your equipment and usually uses your website so that the training is contextual.
